About Hayley
I work with leaders and organisations navigating complex, high-stakes environments where uncertainty is high, and the usual ways of working fall short.
My work helps people pause, reframe, and rebuild systems that are fit for the complexity of the world we’re in, with systems that unlock potential, build trust, and support resilience.
I’ve spent my life in the thick of it, from the chaos of veterinary emergency rooms to the demands of national emergency management leadership. My work lives where complexity, crisis and connection collide, because that’s where change is most needed.
I’ve led national initiatives, supported communities that felt unheard, and helped shift entrenched systems to create space for new ways of thinking, working and leading. Along the way, I earned a PhD in emergency management and a Master of Education (Adult Education). Still, most of what I’ve learned comes from navigating real-world complexity with others, in moments that mattered.
At its heart, this work is about people, relationships, and trust. And the change that sticks is the kind that grows from those foundations.
I’m in service to people, communities, ecosystems and potential.
If you’re ready to challenge old assumptions and lead through complexity with integrity, I can help you find the path forward.
